**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy
**Medical Sales Representative**
to spearhead our growth on the ground. This is not a standard corporate sales role where you are just a number. You will report directly to the CEO and COO, playing a pivotal role in our expansion strategy.

**What You Will Do**
Your primary mission is to expand our network and distribute our products across the healthcare ecosystem. You will be the face of our company in Albania (and subsequently Kosovo), building relationships with key stakeholders:
- **Pharmacies:**
Establish partnerships for product distribution and integration into our digital network.
- **Laboratories & Clinics:**
Onboard diagnostic centers to our platform.
- **Private Hospitals:**
Sell our ecosystem solutions to hospital administrators and procurement heads.
- **Healthcare Providers:**
Evangelize our technology and products to doctors and specialists.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Penetration:**
Identify and close deals with high-value targets in Albania immediately, with a strategy to enter the Kosovo market later in the year.
- **Relationship Management:**
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and clinic owners.
- **Strategic Reporting:**
Provide direct feedback from the field to the C-Suite to help shape product development and sales strategy.
- **Revenue Growth:**
Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets. We reward performance with immediate salary increases and bonuses.
