**Sales Representative – Medical Products (Remote)**

We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are confident communicators, natural relationship builders, and passionate about driving results.

**Responsibilities:**

- Promote and sell our range of medical products to healthcare facilities, clients, and distributors.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up to convert prospects into sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Track and report your sales activities using company systems (CRM or other).

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 1 year of experience in product-based sales (medical, pharmaceutical, or industrial preferred).
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- No degree required — your experience and results matter most.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, spreadsheets).
