**Role Description**

This is a contract-based, remote Membership Sales role. The Membership Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new members, maintaining strong relationships with current members, and articulating the benefits of CICC membership. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential members, delivering sales pitches, addressing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and participating in membership training activities to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

- Proven skills in Membership Sales and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive results
- Strong Customer Service expertise to effectively assist and engage members
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to deliver Training and onboarding for new members
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in international business or membership-based organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
