🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- **Flutter Mastery:**
Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on high-performance UI and highly interactive user experiences.
- **Product Mindset:**
Experience or strong interest in developing both
**mobile applications and games**
(casual, interactive, or utility-based). Familiarity with Flame engine or custom game loops is a significant plus but not the only focus.
- **State Management:**
Deep understanding of state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to handle
**complex business logic and real-time states**
.
- **Proven Track Record:**
At least one high-performance app or game successfully launched on Google Play or the App Store.
- **Backend & Data:**
Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for handling user authentication, data synchronization, and real-time features.
- **Modern Workflow:**
Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.
- **Polish & Performance:**
A strong eye for "pixel-perfect" UI, 60 FPS animations, and memory optimization across various devices.
