We are seeking a
**Network Operations Engineer (NOC)**
to join our operations team and ensure the continuous availability, performance, and security of our enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting network services in real time, supporting mission‑critical environments, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to guarantee optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced 24/7 NOC environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operational management of network and security infrastructures in enterprise/NOC environments.

• Implementation and configuration of routing, switching, and firewall solutions (on‑premise and Cloud).

• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of network performance.

• Advanced troubleshooting and incident management.

• Drafting and updating technical and operational documentation.

• Availability for on‑call duty and scheduled off‑hours interventions.

**Required Technical Skills**

• Experience in network and security administration (NOC background preferred).

• Strong proficiency with major vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Check Point, Huawei.

• Experience with Fortinet SD‑WAN solutions.

• In‑depth knowledge of routing and switching (WAN, LAN, Data Center).

• Familiarity with Load Balancing solutions (e.g., F5 BIG‑IP).

• Experience with Cloud network and security services (Azure, OCI).

**Preferred Certifications**

• Cisco: CCNA, CCDA, CCSP, CCVP, CCIP (or equivalent).

• Juniper: JNCIA / JNCIS (FWV / Security).
