**We need someone to make our Tirana office the place people in digital marketing want to work.**

This isn't an admin role. You'll be the heartbeat of our new Tirana office:

The person who walks in early, knows what every Friday needs, runs our social media, designs the content, supports HR, and quietly makes everything work.

If you've ever looked at an office and seen 10 things to fix, this role is for you. If you want a quiet desk job where someone hands you a process to follow, this isn't.

**About Adsolution**

We're a performance marketing company in Tirana, Albania.
*We work with COD ecommerce brands and affiliates across Europe, running the ad accounts and operations behind their campaigns.*

We are active official partners of Meta and Google. We source products from European suppliers, and operate the ad account infrastructure behind it all.

We're opening our Tirana office now. You'll help shape it from day one with direct work from the CEO and Director.

**Day to day**

*Office operations:*

- You open the office before the team arrives and keep it stocked
- You oversee cleaning services and overall office organization
- You manage office petty cash for supplies and team expenses
- You keep the team aligned on office rules through the group chat and direct communication
- You collect monthly team feedback and act on what comes back

*Hiring and HR support:*

- You prepare job descriptions for open roles
- You reply to candidates and do first-pass filtering before they reach HR
- You support onboarding of new hires
- You help maintain HR records and basic compliance

*Office social media and design:*

- You create and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram (we'll coach you on strategy, you bring it to life).
- You design posts and graphics in Canva (Figma a plus).
- You take photos and shoot short videos of office moments, team, and events with your phone.
- You edit photos and clips on your phone for posting.

**What success looks like**

**Month 1:**
Office is fully running, social media calendar live, first new hires supported.

**Month 3:**
Design system in place, monthly office rhythm established, HR onboarding flow documented.

**Month 6:**
You're the go-to for everything operational, brand-related, and people-related in the office, ready for the next level of responsibility.

**You're a fit if you have**

- Strong organization and proactivity, comfortable juggling many workstreams
- Fluent English, Italian, and Albanian (all three required)
- Experience creating content for social media (Canva, shooting videos, Figma a plus)
- Experience in HR or office operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Based in Tirana
- You naturally take ownership: when you see a problem, your first instinct is to try to fix it, not forward it.

**Bonus**

- Background in marketing, agencies, or startups
- Network in the Tirana digital marketing scene
- Photography or video skills for office content

**This role is not for you if**

- You want a quiet desk job
- You prefer remote work
- You expect a rigid structure to follow without questioning
- You don't enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once
- You forward problems instead of trying to solve them first
- You avoid difficult conversations or hide bad news
- You like office gossip or politics
- You don't like documenting what you do for others to use

**About working with us**

In-office team in Tirana, 5 days a week, 9:00 to 18:00. Every Friday we get together with team members and friends to build our culture.

**What we offer**

- 850 to 1,000 EUR per month (paid in Albanian Lek at current exchange rate)
