Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager / Administrator to join our team in our new offices in Tirana.Job Description
As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will support our team with administrative and organizational tasks, creating a professional and welcoming work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sales invoices and coordinating customer orders.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
• Issue and manage sales invoices, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and documentation.
• Coordinate customer orders and track their progress from receipt to delivery.
• Welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, social and official correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and internal company events.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
• Assist other departments with various administrative tasks.
• Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and prepare basic reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Previous experience in administrative roles, office management, invoicing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic or good knowledge of invoicing and financial management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (knowledge of English is a strong plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail (especially in invoicing and orders).
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment usage.
• Proactive approach, ability to solve problems, and work independently.
• Positive, professional attitude, and team-oriented.What We Offer:
