**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Sales Specialist. The position is based in Tirana, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Online Sales Specialist will manage online sales channels, engage with customers by providing exceptional service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. They will implement online marketing strategies, monitor sales performance, and identify trends to optimize the online sales process. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to improve the overall customer experience and staying up-to-date with market and e-commerce best practices.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist and engage with customers
- Proven experience in Sales and Online Marketing
- Ability to train and collaborate with teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage
