**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator based in Tirana, Albania. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational activities, provide administrative support, coordinate tasks across departments, and ensure efficient execution of internal processes. The role includes maintaining excellent customer service, assisting with operations management, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
