Operations Manager

Pikhost Albania is a fast-growing short term rental management company, managing over 200 properties across multiple cities. We work with property owners to maximize revenue and deliver high-quality guest experiences.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Tirana, Albania. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including managing property maintenance, coordinating with landlords and staff, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining standards of quality and guest satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.

**Qualifications**

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry or property management is highly beneficial
- Fluency in English and Albanian
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
