**Who are we looking for?**
To be the business champion within Retail and the Bank for payment acceptance business (ATM, POS, E-Commerce), with the aim of reaching the business objectives.
To manage and develop payment acceptance business, in order to grow the business profitably and meet business targets.
To be an expert of payment acceptance business, in terms of customer needs, competitive products, technical aspects of the products and processes, and the regulatory environment.
To work within the overall Retail strategies and with other functional areas, develop and ensure implementation of action plans to meet objectives, including pricing, product development, marketing and target sales.
To coordinate and monitor the whole activity of Payment Acceptance Business (Pos, RaiPOS & Ecommerce products)
To support the efforts behind and success of payment acceptance business, Retail and Bank in general.
To assist in the management and development of payment acceptance business activities.
***What will you do?***
· Serves as payment acceptance business champion within the bank, managing day-to-day activities and projects, to ensure approved programs are implemented successfully.
· Maintains detailed expertise on payment acceptance business, and the technical, regulatory, competitive, market and business environment.
· Understands and monitors competitive payment acceptance business, pricing and promotional support for this business by other key Banks.
· Coordinates and monitors the activity of the off-site ATMs (opening, closing, relocation, branding, etc). Ensures the administration of the off-site ATM issues is done effectively.
· Supports Team Leader to develop annual plans for payment acceptance Business Sales, as well as for Payment Acceptance Business activity developments.
· Analyze and take care for the scheme mandate requirements to be implemented proper and in time in order to be compliance.
· Provides input to the annual planning process and build detailed action plans for the year and ad hoc adjustments during the year to ensure achievement of business objectives.
· Fulfills and follows up budget and forecast processes of the managed products, based on the directives given.
· Provides input to Business Line and Retail forecasts by providing detailed outlook for own activities, including rationale.
· Monitors business results daily, weekly and monthly for own products and communicate progress to Team Leader, including explanations for deviations and proposing corrective or opportunistic actions to improve results.
· Closely monitors the process of instructing and assisting merchants and branches on POS & E-commerce activity.
· Monitors business to develop sufficient evidence and information to stop fraudulent activity in acquiring business.
· Proactively builds and implements approved action plans, including sales and business performance.
· Brief channel management, including organization of trainings as needed, well in advance so as to ensure effective activities take place in time.
· Manages progress in developing and implementing each approved program. This includes managing task forces or day-to-day interface with other Departments and Third Parties, to ensure they properly set up and run well coordinated programs.
· Supports Team Leader to design marketing campaigns briefs for the respective business line. Prepares products benefits to be used by Marketing Department in the preparation of the campaigns and marketing materials.
· Ensures suitable knowledge and awareness of business line in appropriate Bank departments.
· Manage internal/external communications, trainings, etc. within the bank, using resources from other departments as available (e.g. Training Department).
· Proposes then develops and implements approved new and business line changes. Ensure professional and timely project management approach and processes are followed by self and team, per Bank procedures.
· Participates in projects that require Payment Acceptance business support.
· Supports the Team/Department and Bank in general as required.
· Works closely and harmoniously within the Department, Retail and other areas of the Bank.
· Develops a strong team of acquiring business specialists.
· Performs other tasks as per Team/Department/ Manager requests.

- Education: University Degree in Business;
- Qualifications: Retail Banking, Acquiring/Payment Acceptance business experience an asset;
- Working Experience: 3 years with at least 2 years in banking, preferably in acquiring business;
- Competencies/Skills: Business Acumen, Creative, Analytical, Organized, Multi-tasking, Priority-setting, Problem Solving; Results-oriented, Project Management, Business-technical knowledge of Products, Motivating others, Self-motivated, Works well with other departments and energetic; Very good spoken and written English language with the ability and confidence to communicate.
