Payroll Specialist

**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in international payroll within a fast-paced Employer of Record (EOR) environment.

You will support the payroll process for multiple clients and countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for multiple clients
- Prepare prorated salary calculations, bonuses, and final settlements
- Verify payroll data (attendance, salary changes, deductions, etc.)
- Coordinate with local accountants
- Assist with preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations
- Support compliance with local labor and tax regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and employee records
- Assist with client queries related to payroll

**Requirements**

- University degree
- 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with international payroll
- Experience in an HR, or outsourcing environment
- Knowledge of labor law basics
