Presentation and Communication Specialist

We are a fast-growing international company, and we’re looking for a Presentation and Communication Specialist.

Our expertise lies in software asset management, vendor management and IT

cost optimization. We partner with major enterprises across Europe to help them make smarter

strategic decisions about their technology landscape.

What you will do:

• Improve and finalize PowerPoint presentations for client, internal and external use

• Ensure consistent formatting, structure and visual quality

• Turn draft slides into clear and professional decks

• Take ownership of presentation formatting and finalization

• Maintain presentation templates and slide standards

• Support consultants by structuring and refining presentation content

Your background:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar

• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience working with presentations

• Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on quality

• Someone who likes improving and finalizing work to a high standard

• Hands-on and reliable, with the ability to work independently

• Strong writing and communication skills in English
