Private Banking Relationship Manager

**Main Responsibilities:**
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with private clients assigned to the portfolio, ensuring high standards of service marked by professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
- Achieve commercial objectives in line with the Bank’s business goals and client segmentation strategy.
- Proactively identify and address client needs by providing personalized financial advice and solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge of retail, investment, and wealth management products.
- Utilize the Bank’s tools and systems to monitor customer performance, define contact plans, log interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Attract new private clients by conducting proactive business development activities in alignment with the Retail Division's strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all client documentation in the assigned portfolio.
**Requirements / Skills:**
- Minimum of
**2 years of experience in the banking sector**
, specifically in
**managing Private or Affluent clients**
.
- Excellent understanding of
**banking products and services**
, including retail deposits, investments, lending, and insurance solutions.
- High level of
**integrity, professionalism, and discretion**
, with the ability to maintain trust and confidentiality.
- Strong
**communication and interpersonal skills**
, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- A
**university degree**
in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
