Project Logistics Coordinator (Albania)

Posizione:


We are seeking a
**Logistics Coordinator**
to join our team based in Fier, Albania.


The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site logistics activities, ensuring alignment with the HQ logistics function and supporting project execution through the timely availability of equipment, vehicles, materials and spare parts.


The role will include:



- Acting as the main point of contact with HQ logistics, supporting procurement, customs clearance and supply activities.
- Overseeing the handling, transport, storage and availability of project materials, ensuring accurate material reconciliation and proper preservation, in line with project requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations and project procedures.
- Providing operational support within an international and fast-paced project environment.

Requisiti:



- At least 5 years’ proven experience in project or site logistics roles, preferably within international EPC and Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment, welding and mechanical tools, as well as key construction and installation materials (pipes, valves, fittings, gaskets and bolting systems).
- Good understanding of customs, import/export processes and related documentation.
- Sound knowledge of quality and HSE regulations applicable to pipeline projects (experience on TAP or similar projects would be an advantage).
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multicultural and high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in Albanian and English (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of Italian would be considered an advantage.
