Role Summary

As a Project Manager in our HR Projects team, you will play a key part in developing and automating operational processes. Your analytical skills and hands-on mentality will be vital for driving innovation and meaningful change throughout the business.

Responsibilities

- Automation & Analytics: Develop and implement innovative automation solutions and data analysis methodologies
- Data Operations: Retrieve, analyze, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets
- Business-Technical Liaison: Translate business priorities and requirements into clear technical specifications
- Process Optimization: Design and streamline efficient processes to support the expansion of our product portfolio
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to develop and refine our process landscape

Your Profile

- University degree in Computer Science, Business Management (with quantitative focus), Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets & Google Apps Script (or equivalent JavaScript experience)
- Experience working in dynamic organizations or start-ups
- Strong numerical skills, outstanding analytical mindset, creativity in problem-solving, and a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
