**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana, Albania, for a Project Officer. The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects aligned with DMO Albania's mission. Tasks include developing and managing project plans, organizing events and activities, monitoring project timelines, and preparing regular progress reports. Additionally, the Project Officer will support tourism promotion campaigns and provide on-ground assistance for initiatives that enhance Albania's presence as a global destination.

**Qualifications**

- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Project writing and reporting skills. Experience with EU-funded projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Albanian.
- Creative and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools used for project management and communications.
- Passion for promoting Albania’s cultural, historical, and natural assets to a global audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Tourism, Communication, or related field.
