***Role Description***

The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for finding apartments and securing cooperation agreements with property owners. Your main focus is to identify property opportunities, contact owners, and bring new listings to the company. Harob & Co. manages the buyers and sales process.

***Responsibilities***

• Find apartments and new property opportunities through field work, networking, and outreach

• Contact property owners and present Harob & Co. services

• Meet property owners and sign cooperation agreements

• Build and maintain professional relationships with owners

• Represent the company in a professional manner

• Continuously grow your portfolio of properties

***Qualifications***

• Sales mindset with motivation to learn and grow in real estate

• Fluent in Albanian and English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Looking for a long term position and motivated to grow within the company

• Based in Tirana
