We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Real Estate Agent to help grow the company’s portfolio by finding apartments and working directly with property owners.

***Role Description***

This is a full-time, Hybird Real Estate Agent role based in Tirana. The Real Estate Agent is responsible for finding new apartments and securing agreements with property owners. Your main focus is to source property opportunities and build strong relationships with owners. Harob & Co. manages the buyers, negotiations, and closing process. Your performance in finding and signing new properties will directly impact your income and the company’s growth.

***Requirements***

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales

• Fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident speaking with property owners and building relationships

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Self motivated, organized, and reliable

• Ability to work independently and generate new property opportunities

***Responsibilities***

• Find new apartments and properties for sale / rent through field work, networking, and direct outreach

• Contact property owners and present Harob & Co. services professionally

• Meet with owners and make them sign the company’s service agreement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners

• Act as the main point of contact between the owner and the company

• Coordinate with the internal team while the company handles the buyers and sales process

• Continuously grow your personal portfolio of properties
