**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent in Tirana, Albania. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Daily tasks include guiding clients through market trends, creating and maintaining property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating agreements, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements. The Real Estate Agent will also build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.


**Qualifications**


- A valid Real Estate License
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of market trends and practices
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional client experiences
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with real estate management software
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
