**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Tirana, Albania. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property evaluations, managing leads, preparing legal real estate documents, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the transaction process. The role requires strong engagement with clients to understand their needs and meet market demands efficiently.

**Qualifications**

- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tirana, Albania is advantageous
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in communication and organizational abilities
