**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a high-performance Real Estate Consultant to join our Real Estate Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets and managing client relationships with strict adherence to professional standards. This is a results-oriented role requiring technical proficiency and disciplined execution.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline stages using the company CRM system.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, provide input to marketing and sales departments.
- Deliver professional presentations to prospective investors and buyers.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant subjects

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.

• Market Proficiency: Good knowledge of the local real-estate market, sales lifecycles, and regulatory landscapes.

• Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions, conduct high-stakes negotiations, and cultivate trust-based client relationships.

• Technological Competency: Proficiency in real estate CRM platforms, team collaboration tools, and understanding digital marketing techniques.

• Professionalism: impeccable presentation, punctuality, and business ethics.

**LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY**

• English: Working proficiency or higher (mandatory).

• Other Languages: Any additional language proficiency will be considered a plus.
