**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Partner role based in Tirana, Albania. The Real Estate Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting with client needs, identifying and developing real estate opportunities, and driving sales to achieve performance goals. Primary responsibilities include guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes and supporting them with exceptional customer service and market expertise.


**Qualifications**


- Competency in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property management
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and client communication to secure and close real estate transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
- Knowledge of the Tirana, Albania real estate market is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
