**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiting Specialist in trucking industry located in Skopje .

The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and coordinating the onboarding and training of new hires. Additionally, the Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring to identify and secure top talent drivers
- Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and teams effectively
- Experience in coordinating Training and supporting employee development
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
