**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Tirana. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment efforts, and collaborating with team managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves facilitating the onboarding process and providing support for employee training and development initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and talent assessment
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Training and development processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage
