As a
**Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Assistant,**
you will support candidate sourcing, recruitment campaigns, and CRM management by researching candidates, organizing recruitment data, and assisting with outreach and recruitment pipeline activities.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Research potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online sources
- Identify suitable candidates for roles such as Registered Managers, Care Managers, Deputy Managers, and Field Care Supervisors
- Record and organize candidate information in Zoho Recruit and spreadsheets
- Support candidate outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Track candidate responses and update recruitment pipelines
- Support recruitment campaigns by building candidate lists and assisting with candidate screening
- As the role develops, assist with candidate shortlisting and support larger recruitment campaigns

Technology & Tools

- LinkedIn
- Job boards (Indeed, Reed, CV Library, TotalJobs)
- Zoho Recruit CRM
- Google Sheets / Excel
- AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity support

Future Responsibilities

- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Support interview scheduling
- Manage parts of the recruitment pipeline
- Support larger recruitment sourcing campaigns

**The Qualifications We Seek**
Essential Requirements

- **1 to 3 years' relevant experience**
- **Fluent written and spoken English**
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional sourcing
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Reliable and able to work independently

Desirable Experience

- Previous experience supporting recruitment or talent sourcing
- **Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar CRM systems**
- **Experience working with UK-based companies or the UK job market**
- Experience supporting outreach or lead generation campaigns

LinkedIn Requirement

- LinkedIn will be a key sourcing tool for this role. The assistant must either already have a professional LinkedIn profile or be willing to create and grow one quickly.

Working Structure

- Initially part-time
- Remote position
- Opportunity to transition to full-time after three months based on performance
