Reservations Manager

**Location:**
Folie Marine Resort & Beach Club – Jalë, Himarë

**Contract:**
One-year contract (seasonal focus: 15 April – 1 October 2026)

**Position: Reservation Manager**

We are looking for an experienced professional in hotel reservations, who will coordinate accommodation bookings and communication with individual guests, groups and tourism partners.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, technical knowledge of reservation systems and a thoughtful approach to every guest interaction.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Manage all hotel reservations (direct, online, OTA, agencies, partners).
- Ensure every booking is accurate and correctly updated in the system.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Accommodation teams regarding room allocation and special requests.
- Update pricing and availability on reservation platforms, in collaboration with management.
- Analyze occupancy reports and market trends.
- Handle inquiries with care and professionalism, maintaining the communication standards of the Folie Marine brand.
- Supervise the reservations team and ensure client communication is accurate, friendly and efficient.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservation management or tourism.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems (PMS, OTA, Channel Manager, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (other languages are considered an advantage).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
- Service-oriented attitude and strong collaboration with Front Office and Marketing teams.
