A prestigious hotel located in Himarë is looking for an experienced and dynamic
**Restaurant Manager**
to join the team for the upcoming season.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction

• Manage and train staff effectively

• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments

• Monitor inventory and control costs

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in a similar role (hotel or restaurant)

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication in English (Italian is a plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
