**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Assistant based in Skopje. The Safety Assistant will support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies, assist in creating a safe work environment, and conduct regular risk assessments. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining relevant documentation, and assisting in training and awareness sessions on safety protocols.

- Effective Communication skills to educate and collaborate with team members
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications or experience in safety management will be advantageous
