**📍 Location**

Full-time, on-site in Tirana (with occasional remote flexibility)

**💼 What you’ll do:**

- Develop and manage client accounts
- Identify and reach out to potential leads
- Conduct daily outreach (Teams, calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Deliver product presentations to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
