**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Sales Agent role located in Tirana. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting company products. Other tasks include managing sales inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Consistent and effective communication with the team and providing excellent customer service are essential aspects of this role.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the distribution market and familiarity with the region is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while meeting team objectives and sales targets
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
