**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent, located in Tirana, Albania. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting products and services, maintaining excellent customer relationships, conducting sales activities, and meeting targeted sales goals. Additional responsibilities may include providing product or service training to customers as needed and managing client inquiries effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.

**Qualifications**

- Prior sales experience
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Basic understanding or experience in Insurance and Training
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Albanian; English language skills are an advantage
