**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Tirana. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, managing accounts, providing product or service presentations, and supporting business development initiatives. Candidates should be skilled in negotiating, problem-solving, and coordinating with internal departments to meet business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in relationship management and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of any Western Balkan languages is a plus
- Understanding of business development principles and ability to identify market opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred
- Previous experience in international sales or working within the EU-Western Balkan region is a plus
