**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Tirana, Albania. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders to support business growth and competitiveness.
