**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and improve our sales efforts at NetworkX.ai. This person will be responsible for managing the sales process, helping close warm leads, improving sales funnels, and supporting overall revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy while working closely with leadership and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline from lead to close
- Lead sales calls with warm inbound and outbound leads
- Help build, improve, and manage sales funnels and follow-up systems
- Train, support, and hold sales team members accountable to performance goals
- Track key sales metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Assist with scripting, objection handling, and sales process development
- Create a strong and organized sales environment focused on growth and results

**Qualifications**

- Experience in sales, sales management, or business development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to close deals and improve sales performance
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and sales workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of funnels, follow-up, and conversion strategy
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, or AI-related industries is a plus
