In this role, you will speak with warm leads, help guide prospects through the sales process, and support sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth. **Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct calls with warm leads and guide them through the sales process
- Follow up with prospects in a professional and timely manner
- Qualify leads and understand their business needs and goals
- Help improve sales funnels and conversion processes
- Support sales and marketing efforts that contribute to company growth
- Collaborate on messaging, offers, and follow-up strategies
- Track pipeline activity and help keep lead flow organized
- Provide feedback on what is working and where processes can be improved

**Qualifications**

- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospects on calls
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Familiarity with sales funnels, lead nurturing, or marketing is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, or lead generation is a plus
