**WP Flare**
is a small, fast-moving WordPress agency, and we’re looking for a
**Sales Representative**
who’s ready to put in real work. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

**What you’ll do:**

- Outreach to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls
- Maintain a simple pipeline and hit weekly activity goals

**What we’re looking for:**

- Strong communication and persistence
- Comfort with outreach and selling digital services
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required if you’re hungry to learn

**Hours**
: Part-time (flexible), starting January 2026

**Compensation**
: Base + commission
