**Sales Representative – CAT Construction Machinery (m/f)**
Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love building meaningful relationships, and enjoy turning opportunities into long‑term success? Then you may be the talent we are looking for.
**What You’ll Do**
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting our portfolio and crafting the right solutions for their business needs
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Build and nurture long‑term customer partnerships while actively identifying new business opportunities
- Organize your time efficiently, plan your customer visits, and manage your sales territory with independence and confidence
**What You Bring**
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales
- At least a secondary education (university education preferred), ideally in economics, mechanical engineering, or other technical fields
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Albania
- Solid computer literacy, especially with tools used in sales
- Good command of English
