**Role Description**

This full-time Sales Specialist role is an on-site position located in Skopje. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, assist in selecting watches and jewelry, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, offering product demonstrations and recommendations, and participating in training to stay updated on the latest trends and collections. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail environment.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to achieve targets and drive customer loyalty
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn to stay knowledgeable about luxury products and industry trends
- Passion for luxury watches and jewelry with keen attention to detail and style
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic on-site retail environment and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or product knowledge is a plus
