**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Skopje. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales potentials and opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include executing sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication with clients, and identifying opportunities to grow business partnerships. The role also involves coordinating sales activities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and target achievement.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong abilities in Sales, Sales Management, CRM
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment hi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry is preffered
