Are you a driven sales professional who values autonomy and performance-based rewards? Arpya is expanding its sales team and we’re looking for individuals who can leverage their network to introduce high-value clients to our cybersecurity services.
**This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary.**
Your earnings are directly tied to the clients and contracts you bring in.

**Responsibilities**
- Leverage your network to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Present Arpya’s cybersecurity solutions clearly and confidently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and value.
- Work closely with technical teams to shape tailored service proposals.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach to signed agreement.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
- A strong professional network and the ability to source qualified leads.
- High self-motivation and comfort working in a
**commission-only**
structure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
