**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson position based in Tirana. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, presenting and promoting medical services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding client needs, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to enhance business growth. Collaboration with the broader team to meet organizational goals is a key aspect of this position.


**Qualifications**


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and building relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer service experience and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical services is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, especially Albanian and English
