**What You’ll Actually Do**

- Build strong, long-term relationships with
**top salons in Albania**
- Help salons grow their business (not just sell to them)
- Educate stylists through
**trainings, demos & consultations**
- Develop and expand brand presence in the market
- Identify new opportunities and onboard new salons
- Manage your own portfolio and drive results

**Requirements**

- Experience in sales / beauty / distribution
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Fluent Albanian + good English
- Driving license
