**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Tirana. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing advanced accounting duties, including the preparation of financial reports, tax planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves leading accounting projects, overseeing financial records, analyzing accounting data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders will be key to achieving success in this role.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
- Ability to oversee complex accounting tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in both written and verbal formats
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification as a CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
- Experience within the financial, advisory, or corporate environment is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a professional setting
