**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirana, Albania. The Senior Audit Assistant will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing financial statements and audit reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and assisting in creating solutions to improve financial processes. Collaboration with team members and maintaining professional relationships with clients is essential.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and Audit Reports
- Experience conducting Financial Audits with attention to compliance and accuracy
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of finance
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required
- Prior experience in auditing is a MUST
