We are looking for a
**Senior Database Administrator**
with strong
**development competencies**
and solid experience in
**Microsoft Azure infrastructure**
to join our technology team. The role combines advanced database administration, hands-on development, and cloud infrastructure responsibilities in a mission-critical environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, manage, and maintain
**enterprise database environments**
ensuring high availability, performance, and security
- Develop and optimize
**database code**
, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
- Support and enhance applications through
**database-driven development**
- Manage and monitor
**Azure-based database and infrastructure services**
- Implement backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
- Support production environments and participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Proven experience as a
**Senior DBA**
in enterprise environments
- Strong
**SQL development skills**
(queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience with
**relational databases**
(e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Solid hands-on experience with
**Microsoft Azure infrastructure**
- Azure SQL / Managed Instances
- Virtual Machines
- Networking and security concepts
- Experience supporting
**production-critical systems**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with
**automation and scripting**
(PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with
**DevOps / CI-CD pipelines**
- Knowledge of
**monitoring and alerting tools**
- Experience in
**hybrid cloud**
environments
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-300, or similar)
