Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong experience in Django and solid skills in React, while knowledge of Flutter is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will lead backend and frontend development, assist in solution architecture, and mentor junior developers.

**Main Responsibilities**

·       Lead backend development with Python/Django

·       Architect and build scalable APIs and services

·       Develop and maintain frontend applications using React

·       Collaborate with the product and design teams for end-to-end implementations

·       Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices

·       Contribute to DevOps, deployment pipelines, and system design

·       Optional: contribute to mobile application development with Flutter

**Requirements**

·       5+ years of professional software development experience

·       Strong expertise in Django, Django REST Framework, and Python

·       Solid skills in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

·       Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

·       Knowledge of API design, performance optimization, and software architecture

·       Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills

**Desired Attributes**

·       Experience with Flutter or mobile development

·       Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture

·       Experience with system security and scalability
