We are looking for a
**senior freelance engineer**
to support the development of an advanced web application over an initial
**8–12 week engagement**
, with potential for continued collaboration.

**Project Overview**

You will contribute to building a
**responsive Single Page Application (SPA)**
that delivers a unified operational interface by combining:

- 3D Digital Twin (floor plans)
- AI-driven insights
- Real-time video streams
- Floating UI layers for enhanced situational awareness

The objective is to create a high-performance, intuitive platform that merges complex data into a single tactical view.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and optimize a modern
**SPA**
- Integrate systems via
**REST APIs**
across frontend and backend
- Work within a
**microservices architecture**
- Support
**CI/CD pipelines**
, release automation, and environment setup
- Improve
**application performance**
(frontend & backend)
- Work on
**existing systems**
, contributing to evolution and long-term maintainability

**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a
**senior full-stack developer (freelance or contract)**
- Strong background in
**modern JavaScript frameworks**
(e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with
**containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes)**
- Solid understanding of
**microservices and API integrations**
- Hands-on experience with
**DevOps practices and CI/CD**
- Knowledge of
**application and infrastructure security**
(authentication, API protection, vulnerability management)
- Strong ability to
**analyze and optimize performance**

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with
**3D visualization or Digital Twin platforms**
- Exposure to
**real-time systems or video stream integrations**
- Understanding of
**cyber + physical security systems**
