Role Description:
We are seeking an Senior Instructional Design Expert to support the development of high-quality learning programs at Growmax. The role focuses on designing and structuring instructional materials, creating learning pathways, and developing impactful training content that aligns with clear learning objectives.
The expert will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical knowledge into engaging scalable learning experiences. Responsibilities include applying instructional design methodologies, developing professional presentations and training packs, integrating adult-learning principles, and ensuring content quality and effectiveness across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design and develop training content, materials, and professional presentations for corporate learning programs.
o Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
o Develop PowerPoint decks, learner guides, manuals, and structured training packs aligned with learning objectives.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and translate technical and theoretical knowledge into structured learning materials.
o Ensure training content meets Growmax quality standards and complies with Saudi market environment and challenges.
o Continuously update and enhance training materials based on new requirements, standards, and best practices.
o Contribute to the evaluation of learning programs and integrate insights into future content development.
o Support the creation and structuring of comprehensive learning programs and learning pathways.
o Create interactive learning experiences using cutting-edge technology, simulations, and gamified learning elements.
o Transform complex data and research into visually optimized learning experiences.
o Develop high-impact knowledge maps (Infographics/Mind Maps) that accelerate learning and improve retention.
o Design effective corporate training and academic programs that drive behavioral change and skill mastery.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in instructional design for training and development programs.
o Strong proficiency in curriculum development and designing structured learning pathways.
o Advanced PowerPoint and content-development skills for producing high-quality training materials.
o Solid experience in organizing and structuring content for learning programs.
o Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
o Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience ensuring compliance with governmental training regulations in KSA.
o Experience preparing training proposals and bid documents.
o Ability to design gamified learning elements that enhance learner engagement.
o Previous experience working with L&D providers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
o Fluency in Arabic and English
