**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Python Developer based in Tirana. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, designing scalable software solutions, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness from applications. Duties include writing clean, efficient code, managing databases, troubleshooting and debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. You will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of projects that optimize functionality and user experience.


**Qualifications**


- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Strong knowledge and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience in Programming, particularly with Python and related frameworks
- Expertise in working with Databases and managing data efficiently
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in digital agency work or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
